Description:

Netguru, an elite digital commerce and AI-powered personalization engineering partner for top-tier global brands like IKEA, Volkswagen, OLX, and Delivery Hero, is hiring a full-time Freelance Frontend Developer. Working 100% remotely within the European Union, you will join a highly sophisticated engineering squad to build, modernize, and scale complex, customer-facing web applications and high-throughput B2B digital commerce marketplaces. Rather than just assembling static landing pages, you will own the long-term frontend architecture—collaborating closely with cross-functional product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineering teams. You will maintain strict clean-code boundaries, write highly modular React components, enforce end-to-end testing metrics, and use production observability suites to track data flow across distributed software systems.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of verified commercial frontend development experience shipping live, customer-facing web applications or dense SaaS platforms.
• High-level programming proficiency writing type-safe applications in TypeScript and building scalable user views using ReactJS.
• Practical familiarity navigating frontend monitoring and system logging tools inside live production ecosystems to diagnose operational glitches or performance bottlenecks.
• Complete conceptual and hands-on understanding of architectural best practices, clean-code standards, structural separation of concerns, and reusable component creation.
• Solid grounding in automated testing methodologies, combined with an active routine of conducting rigorous code reviews and participating in product bug bashes.
• Habitual experience operating inside dev-friendly automated ecosystems running structured Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Demonstrated capability to integrate smoothly within cross-functional Agile frameworks alongside backend engineers, Product Managers (PMs), and UX/UI designers.
• Strong command of written and spoken English at a B2+ level or higher, enabling clear documentation and active participation in technical architecture syncs.
• Prior engineering experience scaling hyper-growth B2B SaaS products, working inside startup/scaleup environments, or executing digital commerce solutions.
